| The Majestic Team Majestic Development's management team has over 50 years combined experience in residential construction in the metro Denver area (including Parade of Homes construction). We pride ourselves on doing the job right the first time, on schedule and on budget. We allocate enough management time on each home to ensure the highest quality construction, and to make sure that each customer's needs are understood and met. The Owner I have had the good fortune to work with and learn from many of the best builders in the Denver area. My past and present association with the members of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver gives us the edge in the newest technology, floor plans, finishes and management procedures.” Dave lives in Parker with his wife Lora who is a Colorado native. They live in their new home they built in 2005 as an office, model home and residence. Lora manages the office and does the bookkeeping and accounting for the company. Dave does sales, project administration and COO duties. They have two children. Billy is one of the company’s Construction Managers, while Megan is pursuing a career in teaching. Dave is an avid out doors man and enjoys fly fishing, skiing, golf and recreational softball. Dave has over 25 years of home building experience in the Denver Metro Area. |
