| Owners Eric Dille, President of B & D Professional Builders, after serving in the 1990 Gulf War with United States Marine Corp, started building in 1996. While working for a small family firm in the Ozarks, he learned the fundamentals of Construction Management. He later took a position with a local Architectural Firm as a Construction Manager. In 1999 Eric was recruited by David Weekley Homes in Colorado. Eric was very successful in his position. Over the years Eric achieved several Construction awards including Builder of the Year (in 2000 and again in 2005). Eric was also inducted into the Denver Metro “Who’s Who” guide for 2007. This particular recognition is awarded to individuals who are recognized for excellence in their industry. Greg Bickelhaupt,Vice President of Construction, started his career in his late teens as a Framing Carpenter in California. Greg severed in the Army as an Army Medic during the 1990 Gulf War. After an honorable discharge from the Army, Greg became an owner in a remodeling company that specialized in Deck and Basement Finish. Greg went on to expand his knowledge and became a Construction Manager for David Weekley Homes. After several years with David Weekley Homes, he then accepted a position with Monterra Homes as a Construction Manager. Greg has extensive knowledge in the Residential Construction Field. His knowledge has helped to earn him “The Prestigious Bar” award for “Best Home Under $600,000.” When asked about previous construction trials and tribulations this is what Eric Dille had to say. “Through the years I have learned many different things, but one thing I know that holds true today is that our clients are the most important aspect of our business.” Eric and Greg look forward to meeting you. |
